The Program
GROWE members experience a confidential, non-competitive forum that combines the power of in-person mastermind groups, self-study learning and one-on-one executive coaching. Specifically, members receive:

The Principles
GROWE is founded on five key principles that we call the "5 C's" of membership. We encourage you to review these principles as they are the basis on which GROWE will operate.
The "5 C's" of GROWE Membership:
Confidentiality - GROWE will provide a confidential environment in which members can share proprietary information about their businesses. Therefore, members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information disclosed at GROWE meetings.
Contribution - GROWE will be most fruitful if all members contribute to the dialogue. Therefore, GROWE members agree to share ideas and bring a spirit of support for their fellow members to each interaction.
Candor - GROWE can only flourish if members are honest. Therefore, members agree to be candid with other members and with themselves.
Coaching - GROWE founders, Michelle Goss and Debby Stone, believe that coaching is a powerful tool to fuel business growth and facilitate life balance. Therefore, GROWE members agree to be willing to receive coaching and feedback on topics they bring to the group meetings and to their individual coaching sessions.
Commitment - GROWE will only be as successful as the commitment of its members. Therefore, members agree to be on time for GROWE meetings and to make attendance a priority.
