Michelle Goss, CPCC
Michelle Goss is a co-founder of GROWE, and she is president of THE LEADER'S EDGE, INC., an Atlanta-based success coaching company. Since 1998, she has specialized in working with business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives to achieve greater levels of personal and professional success. She is known for her lively, unconventional approach to leadership and for guiding high-performance teams and individuals to far exceed their goals.
Formerly an HR executive, Michelle brings an additional 15 years of experience coaching hundreds of managers in the areas of business development, communication, change, productivity, and motivation. She now draws on her practical experience and her passion for success when coaching others to succeed.
Michelle is a leader in her community. She has served as President of the International Coach Federation's Atlanta chapter. She is a course leader for The Coaches Training Institute, a supervisor to coaches-in-training, and an adjunct faculty member of Capella University's MBA program, focusing primarily on integrating coaching as a core leadership competency.
In addition to coaching, Michelle conducts leadership talent assessments, designs and delivers action-learning and team-building events for executives, and teaches coaching & feedback skills to leaders in major corporations.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation, and Co-Active™ Coach certification from The Coaches Training Institute. She currently lives in a northern suburb of Atlanta with her husband and daughter.

Debby Stone, JD, CPCC
Debby Stone is co-founder of GROWE and president of InterVision Group, LLC, a professional coaching and facilitation company headquartered in metropolitan Atlanta. Debby provides values-based coaching to entrepreneurs and business owners. She works with clients to develop and implement practical strategies to grow and succeed both professionally and personally while maintaining balance in their lives. She also leads workshops and retreats focusing on skill-building and improving the effectiveness of teams.
Debby has a track record as a successful entrepreneur. In addition to founding InterVision Group, she founded and ran her own law firm for over ten years. Debby brings over 16 years of experience in the legal profession, working with businesses and their owners. Debby's experience includes providing general corporate legal counsel to a variety of growing companies, as well as working with clients and their marketing teams on intellectual property matters. She also has experience in management consulting and human resources. Debby earned her undergraduate and law degrees from Duke University.
Debby received her certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute, and she is a member of the International Coach Federation, Coachville, and the Georgia Coach Association, where she serves as 2006 co-Vice President of Programs. Debby is also active in the women's business community. She is the 2006 Co-President of ProWIN (Professional Women's Information Network) and served as the 2004-05 Vice President of Programs for the Atlanta chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She is also an active member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers.
Debby lives and works in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, with her husband, son and three cats.
